Ordered two sets of the same product in late Nov 2023.- Real Fyre G9 Vent-Free Burner with Variable Flame On/Off ******* *********** G9-20/24/30-15 - Real Fyre ************* Log Set They arrived on time, no problems. My state-certified plumber installed one in the basement. That seems to work fine - not top notch quality, but adequate. It is beyond question that their fireplace insert makes me very ill. I firmly believe this should be their primary concern, but it is most emphatically not. I tried for the better part of a year for them to even listen to me. They dragged out their responses to me for a very long time. I missed their return window because I was lazy in installing/testing it and truly thought it would work fine. But it didn't. Worst warranty for the amount of price you pay for their product. Would not recommend a purchase in the future. Buyer Beware! We built our outdoor kitchen around the FireMagic Diamond Echelon series. We had spent over 11K in building our outdoor kitchen. We had also purchased two of their refrigerators at of $900 a unit. We had purchased the units in 2020. Worst customer service ever. Purchased product in Oct of 2021 and the igniter didnt work from the start. Called BBQ grill & patio who i purchased from and they said call RH Peterson direct. Contacted RH and they told me they don't deal with customers and i need to go back to BBQ. After filing a warranty claim and several phone calls i received an Email from supplier in Dec 2021 stating it could take 2-4 weeks to receive new part. I purchased a Fire Magic grill years ago. 5+ times the cost of a good gas grill but I figured the advertised life time warranty would be worth it. Well, on 3 different occasions I have had parts issues. 3 times over the years calling R. H. Peterson has resulted in no help whst so ever. First, getting them to return your message is difficult. Second their is always a reason why they won't cover or replace the part. The grills are extremely over priced and the warranty service is horrible. My first and last fire magic grill

I have three of these systems. Every single remote has broken in some way. Not to mention these remotes are super cheap but cost $100. Nothing fancy. Just a few transistors, capacitors and resistors. This company is an absolute disgrace to american manufacturing.
