At first everything was great! When he got upset about something he would scream and yell in my face and belittle me. Towards the end of my lease refused to renew it for the next month. Then he decided to keep 90% of my security deposit until I despised by the advice of legal aid, then returned what I requested back of my deposit. Then he refused to give me a homestead credit certificate for my taxes because “he doesn’t legally have to” and rudely hangs up on me. Very poor person to work with.
