James Peterson is a no nonsense very competent plumber who knows his stuff. However his pricing structure is not straight forward and a bit misleading. When I called I was told there is a service call of about $ 43.00 and a fee of $ 110.00 per hour plus parts. What was not explained is that the hourly charge begins from when he leaves his last call. My kitchen sink was clogged up. Jim Came out assessed the situation, gave me a very fair price and then solved the immediate problem. He kept me updated on everything he was doing. His is honest very knowledgeable and through and he cleans up after.
