Dr. Hooks has been our doctor for more than 8 years. He's always been very straight forward, patiently answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed. We usually are seen right at our appointment time, but have never waited more than 20 minutes. The facility is always clean. The staff has always been courteous and professional.

Absolutely the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. The first time I met with Dr. Hooks, he seemed pleasant enough and I had no issues with the service. However, on my third trip to Dr. Hooks to request help with VA paperwork, I was met with a disgusted look and told "Wow, that would be a lot of work." After agreeing to help me with about 25% of what I was asking, he sent me to get my knees X-rayed. I have always had a good experience with Dr. Peterson, even referred several people to her, so my complaint is really not about her. I called after having a serious fall at work. I went to the ER at my job but was instructed to contact my PC Provider. I called to get an appointment and was told their first available appt. was March 1. Really?? That made me very upset and angry...March 1????

No problem with the doctors here. Its the front desk. Tried to check out, wouldnt accept my co-pay due to a balance that I accumulated TWO DAYS AGO. Plus was publicly embarrassed due to her reminding me about "other payments I may have forgotten" infront of the entire lobby. Im reminded of this "other payment" everytime I go. Mind your business!
