My doctor is fabulous but Peterson as a business is money-hungry. Going out of town for care, you don't deal with the same billing issues as you do these people.
The whole experience about Peterson is great from the front desk to people who perform ultrasound scan or CT scan, some of them are especially warm heart and very polite. And the phone answering system is great! Only one thing is that me and my friend are recently looking for PCP in Kerrville it was over a month ago, my friend called the Peterson Associates, and someone told him another person will call him back, my friend Rick never got any call back, then myself calling the Peterson Associates and the same was told someone... read more
Heather Armstrong is so sweet and caring. Takes time to make sure you get the best care. Keeps you updated on any testing. And calls and checks up to see how you are feeling. Goes above and beyond any provider has ever done. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
Horrible they force doctors to work for them, then treat patients only for money, they dont care and the doctors dont care any more because they are just employees of a money grubbing business that does not care about patients....HORRIBLE!
