This was my son's first dental appointment and we were very satisfied with Just 4 Me. We dealt with Carol and Dr. Marti. Carol was a delight and was very patient with my wiggly preschooler. The office was fantastic. They have video games, toys and a brightly colored waiting area. And a Cars themed bathroom that my on loved! :0) I was very pleased and we will remain with Just 4 Me.
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Absolutely not, they are not trustworthy at all Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it.
