Bought a used 2019 Lexus GX that has been a nightmare. Ive had three alignments since getting it a month ago. The alignment place says it was in a wreck as you can tell the front and rear bumper has been replaced and repainted (poorly). The windshield was improperly replaced so it lets wind in and makes a noise. I came from a different state and asked about the condition. The salesman was rude to another customer, my husband and I should have seen that as red flag and not continue with the transaction. We bought RX 350, there was a hard negotiation on the pricing. We traded in our 2014 Limited Outback in excellent condition. Kelly blue book fair price was between $13, 700 to $15, 900. The first offer was $14,000.
