Bob came out to look at the the peeling paint in my garage before we repaired & repainted. I was confident in Bob's analysis and was so pleased with his analysis that I him back to do a home inspection to help guide us in doing some small projects around the house.

Bob & Andy conducted an inspection of my new home in December 2021. They were punctual, and very thorough. The home was built in the early 50's but had recently been remodeled. They were able to find many inefficiencies from the contractor for repairs or fixes. I will definitely use them again and refer all of my clients purchasing a home to call Bob & Andy.

Not going to lie, getting an inspection done on our first home was a terrifying thought. My husband and I fell in love with a beautiful American Foursquare style home built in 1890 and anyone who has lived in an old home knows they come with their fair share of problems. Bob performed a home inspection and radon test on our 1950 Meridian Kessler home. He was extremely thorough, and very informative. He inspected our house for 4 hours and happily walked us through the findings after. He’s been doing this for 30 years and is an ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) certified inspector, which our realtor said was important. He was well priced and worked around our crazy schedule. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.
