Been going to Peterson Family Dentistry for a few years And I truly enjoy Mr. Peterson and the staff, but the scheduling department Is horrible. Now the last three times I’ve been in. I’ve waited over 30 minutes after scheduling way ahead of time. And nothing is said during this time.like they’re running behind or sorry or anything. I will be finding a new dentist, unfortunately.
My family has been going to this dentist for the last year or so and they've been great every time. The whole staff is very friendly and considerate making sure I'm comfortable. One thing I can say is that I've had a tooth with a root canal that has had no contact between that one and the one next to it and I always have had to floss more frequently between them. I addressed this with my previous dentist and he didn't seem to think that was an issue/didn't offer any solutions so I didn't think there was anything I could do. ... read more
I had a toothache & showed up without an appointment or even calling ahead. Fortunately, they'd had a cancelation. However, they assured me that even with out the cancelation, they would have seen me. Dr. Peterson and his staff are all awesome and caring of their patients. I've been going there for several years now and I recommend them highly!
Wonderful office, would recommend everyone who prefers high quality work and high quality people to go here. Thanks to this wonderful team for taking great care of me!
