The worst customer we have ever experienced. Took my car in for fuel pump and filter $865. It ran for less than 30 min. Had to have it hauled back and it was there 3 months. Several inquiries without return calls. Had to take time from work to stop in. My wife started calling as they would not answer. Promises not kept. No communication. Finally as fall is here, they called that the care is ready for another $1135. Ready for storage. I complained of the poor communication and stated customer service sucked. I have a BMW X5 and my wife has a Lexus RX300 and this is the only place we will take our vehicles from now on. John and his staff took great care with the Lexus to get the brake system operating correctly we really appreciate that. We were charged a VERY fair price for the work performed. And we appreciate the thorough explanation of what was required to fix our problem. Can't thank you all enough for your efforts, you guys have earned our business from this experience going forward.
So thankful the service here. He helps out even when I just show up.
good work, don't do extra stuff that doesn't need to be done, have gone out of their way to accomodate my wierd schedule. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for!
