The parts and service department have treated us very poorly. We bought a car from Peterson BMW in Boise, and they had to send it to this branch as they work with Jeeps more. The BMW branch was super friendly and gave us permission to pick up our fixed car at the Nampa location. When I was repeating what I had been told over the phone, Nate was very rude to me. Bought my Jeep at Larry Miller it's now 12 years old decided to start getting the services at Peterson's since I live in Nampa. Planning on a new Jeep and buying it at Peterson. I left with a bad taste in my mouth for bad service. I wasn't really welcomed, because I had never had my Jeep serviced there. Before I got my bill they were pitching a set of tires for me to buy. Petersons service service center is is the best.
Been coming for about 4 years. Typically top notch but something is up. I have the 6 oil change package. Paper work states I need to rotate tires (did this 2 weeks ago) I need an engine air filter (new STP Premium installed yesterday) I declined car wash and vaccum Included ( never asked) Suspicious. I have 1 more oil change, let's check next year. Cant complain too much as the package was $300 for 6 full synthetic oil changes back then, dont know about now. Might chaulk this up to overworked mechanics, was a 2 hour wait.
