Bought my Jeep at Larry Miller it's now 12 years old decided to start getting the services at Peterson's since I live in Nampa. Planning on a new Jeep and buying it at Peterson. I left with a bad taste in my mouth for bad service. I wasn't really welcomed, because I had never had my Jeep serviced there. Before I got my bill they were pitching a set of tires for me to buy. Petersons service service center is is the best.
Been coming for about 4 years. Typically top notch but something is up. I have the 6 oil change package. Paper work states I need to rotate tires (did this 2 weeks ago) I need an engine air filter (new STP Premium installed yesterday) I declined car wash and vaccum Included ( never asked) Suspicious. I have 1 more oil change, let's check next year. Cant complain too much as the package was $300 for 6 full synthetic oil changes back then, dont know about now. Might chaulk this up to overworked mechanics, was a 2 hour wait.
