I came in with an immediate need for a commercial truck with a service body. After talking with Stephen Basset he was able to get me what I wanted even though it was not on the lot. We were out the door a few days later with the truck we needed and could not be happier. Great customer service, great communication, and a full understanding of our needs, and the immediacy of them, will have me returning for our commercial needs in the future.
I had a horrible experience with Elliot. I came by to hopefully purchase a new 2025 Truck but after 25 minutes of the most unprofessional and unpleasant conversation with him I chose not to do business with this company When I was ultimately told that if I didn’t buy he would find a way to contact me “after hours” After reviewing other reviews I suggest not doing business with any part of this company ! horrible way to represent your company young man .
We have brought our trucks there several times... every single time there is an issue. They are great at trying to make it right but my vehicle has never come home without a new issue from the service center. Honestly I could write a book... just stay away at all costs!!
Avoid the service department at all costs. They literally just tried to steal $2k from me. I took my Jeep in for an oil change—a Jeep I purchased from them. I was told that my brakes were nearly metal on metal and needed to be changed immediately, at a cost of $850 for the front and $850 for the rear, and that's just for labor. I bought my Jeep to get good at fixing things, so when I got home, I ordered all the parts (trusting them) and then popped the brake pads off to find that they are far from ready to be changed. Had to take my Ram 3500 in for a DEF issue, Petersons got it in and looked at fast, my Service advisor Shannon T. Should get 5 stars for keeping me informed and working with my insurance to get what needed covered taken care of and the Tech Brandt should receive 5 stars for the speed and thorough diagnosis and repair of the system, and did I mention this was all 2 days before Labor day weekend when I needed my truck the most to be able to bring my camper back from the mountains, this will be my go to Ram location for mainten... read more
