I was very pleased with Brandon and his team. We were having trouble finding a car that we liked and worked for us, but Brandon was awesome and was able to find us a car that we really liked and was able to purchase.
They were wonderful! It was a recall and truck broke down right before we were to leave on vacation. They got it fixed within the week. Kept us updated the entire time. Nick was our service writer.
I don’t recommend buying cars off this lot. I have bought 2 cars and both have had nothing but problems! Right after I drove them off the lot. I was over charged and was not compensated in anyway, short from me dishing out more money. Yesterday I had to take the truck I just bought to service due to engine light turning off and on and found out there were pieces missing from the motor. All was great at first, then when I refused their ridiculous deal and tried to negotiate something better the sleazy sales man slumped down in his chair and pouted and wouldn’t even speak. The finance manager finally came out and spoke to me and we agreed no deal could be reached which was fine. The sales man just sat there acting as if his time was being wasted by having to bother to even finish what was started.
