Service TLDR;: Mad rush on Saturday mornings early. Walk-in LOFs clog up the service drive. Be aware if you have a very early reservation. Also - if you're there for the LOF, it may take awhile (hours). This review is for the Peterson Chevy Buick service department on Fairview Ave. in Boise. Had my car for two weeks before I received an estimate. Then...the estimate was outrageous.
Service got me in quickly and explained my issues in a way I could understand. Things get a bit complicated with all of the “systems “ in today’s vehicles so getting a good explanation of what’s going on is a huge bonus. Not sure I’ve got it all figured out yet but I’m a step closer in the right direction. Thank You !
