The voice on the phone was professional and kind. The undisclosed labor fees that equaled hundreds of dollars that they charged...well, be careful about costs.
Their equipment works great however their phones are you fragile and weak and their customer service sucks if you can ever get someone on the phone
Solid team providing excellent service
We have really good experiences with the people in the office and repairs. They have always did their best to figure out what is wrong with our nightmare of a truck. They have always remained helpful and patient with us when we felt like we had none. I am giving them 5 stars, but as for the international CV Dura Star we own, that thy work on, sucks.
