Great staff and wonderful customer service on the rental side, I would definitely recommend to anyone!!
Parts and sales customer service is lacking. Wanting to have a excavator custom built the sales department was absolutely useless. It's easier reading the specs online then dealing with people who won't do anything to help. Having no number to send a picture to in order to show what you need ordered is probably the stupidest thing I've heard of yet. Update with the times.
