My husband and I had a wonderful experience, driving the X5 hybrid, Mike Parr showed us all of the available options and was very patient and kind, he made sure we knew all the details about the vehicle. We just bought a brand new car and we love it! Usman also helped us getting to know all of the technology details, he’s very knowledgeable. We happened, by chance, to look at BMWs because we were headed to Lexus. There was a beautiful X5 that caught my attention. I had an amazing experience working with Aquila. She truly bent over backwards to make everything as easy and stress-free as possible for me. While I was abroad, she held the car I was interested in, then gave me plenty of time to test drive it and really get comfortable once I returned.
