The new building seems to have brought a new energy to the service department here. My recent visit was top-tier, largely thanks to Madison. It was a stress-free experience from start to finish. I really liked the transparency of the video diagnostics and the portal; it’s a cool feature that builds trust. Regarding cost: we all know what we signed up for buying a luxury car, but I felt the pricing was fair and honest. Nothing shady here, just good work.
I just bought my 2nd vehicle from Peterson BMW and as always it’s an excellent experience. I enjoy working with my salesperson Usman and getting through the finance dept is easy and low pressure. I will keep purchasing my vehicles here. Thanks Peterson BMW
