It’s rare you find an auto shop with a heart, and this is one. After feeling like I was getting screwed by a dealership I had my vehicle towed to Peterson on a Hail Mary for a second opinion. They could’ve went with what the dealer recommended but they diagnosed the problem, found it was under warranty and then called the dealer and berated them on my behalf.
