My experience has been great with Peterson! I had some issue with an oil leak that turns out the previous place just hadn’t tightened the plug all the way. Peterson checked and fixed this and pointed out a valve cover gasket leak. They did not try to pressure me into getting it done right away. I went to them later to get this fixed once I was able to and had it done within an hour! They’ve been very helpful and follow up. Justin is a GREAT mechanic who’s very up front with you. He gives you fair honest pricing with excellent work and warranties. His contact and updates are daily. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Tried to fix my own vehicle finally had to throw in the towel. This shop came highly recommended and I sure am glad I checked them out. Clearly communicating throughout the process, honest and transparent, and my old car is driving better than it ever has. Not the cheapest nor should they be for the level and quality of service they provide. Keep up the good work, guys!
This was my first time visiting this location. I brought my car in due to service issues, and Justin was extremely professional and courteous. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the work done and took the time to ensure I wasn’t charged for anything unnecessary. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be returning and encourage anyone experiencing vehicle issues to visit this location.
