This is the second time in as many weeks that Peterson Health has dropped the ball. In June or July, my doctor sent orders for a yearly routine procedure. The Women’s Center or scheduling staff did not contact me to make an appointment until early January. By then, the earliest appointment was to be tomorrow February 13. So today I had to do a 3 hour glucose test and afterwards I had to get blood work. The assistant I had her name was Angie and she was really rude , standoffish, and she kept giving me dirty looks. She was even giving my brother and my mom dirty looks. Angie waited to my first hour of blood work. I had to take medication that required me to take a meal and I couldn't eat because Angie was taking to long. Angie is mean ! I'm not getting blood work at peterson ambulatory anymore

Very rude staff. Their behavior was unprofessional and made the entire experience unpleasant. They were dismissive and unhelpful, which significantly distracted from the overall service. This lack of courtesy and respect is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.
