Being that they just opened back up. I did a call ahead to confirm open swim. Drove all the way there once confirmed. With my family and I happily anticipating to swim. Upon arrival told it was 18 and up for lap swim only due to short staff. WHY DID THEY NOT TELL ME THIS WHEN I CALLED AND SPECIFICALLY ASKED ABOUT OPEN/FAMILY SWIM HOURS... THIS ISN'T MY SOLE TIME OF DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THIS FACILITY. I say this because calling ahead of time became a norm due to all the closures for "chemical imbalance." Great for water fitness. Staff is friendly. The women’s locker room needs updating… especially the showers.
