Called Peterson just to double check another company. They responded same day, asked the issue, came up with a price and a date of install that beat the other company without them knowing any particulars. Their price was better and the service was exceptional. On-site crew were experts in removal and install. Very attentive on making sure no mess in house and covers over necessary items. We just had the most incredible experience with the Peterson technician Nick. He came to our house, identified the problem, repaired the problem, and then sat down with us to tell us that he wasn’t going to charge us at all for the repair because he didn’t feel like it was the right thing to do. I can’t say how impressed my wife and I are at what he did for us on a hot summer day when our AC unit stopped working.
