This is a family owned company and it shows in the way they treat their customers. They truly carebelieve me! They are trustworthy and provide quality work, and go out of their way to get you scheduled so youre not left hanging. Their technicians are always so kind, professional and very knowledgeable. My house is in tip top condition because of them. I highly recommend these guys!!

I have had a wonderful experience with Peterson ********* They replaced a 20 year old system with a new mini split, an amazing tankless water tank, water softener and RO system.. I could not be happier with the service, everything was done when they said it would be and the outcome is truly awesome! this crew worked so hard in this heat and made sure everything was cleaned up, even took the time to insolate the housing for equipment. DON'T EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! They take your money and do not complete their Scope of Services, per THEIR CONTRACT. They should not be installing or working on A/C Units. Took them 2 days to Install a Unit. It is not Installed properly and they take no Ownership or Responsibility of their work. They don't know how to plumb correctly for A/C Units (which resulted in a ruined bathtub) they had to cut a hole in my Wall which is not repaired completely, and they gave me the wrong Warranty info from TRANE. When my wife arrived at our home the main Air Conditioner was not working. We had used Peterson before for service work and a warranty repair on it. She called them, they came over replaced a $16 (****** Price) capacitor, were there a total of 45 minutes and charged her $300. I called them on it and the response was that is our price. Was this because it was a woman or do they take advantage of everyone? I don't recommend using them for anything.

I hired Peterson to install a new ac at the condo I own. I'm on the HOA board and they were selected to be the approved vendor for the community. The ac in my home was blowing warm air. I called them. Their tech arrived and said the unit was overcharged and he drained some and said it was fine even though it was still blowing warm air. I asked why the other tech didn't notice this and he shrugged. Peterson has a contract with my HOA. Peterson is beyond incompetent - they are unprofessional and unethical. Missed service calls, no shows without notifying me and a simple garbage disposal replacement job resulted in my kitchen flooding. Stay away from these guys.

I would highly recommend Peterson Air Care & Home Service. The personnel were friendly, courteous and professional They responded quickly to our needs when our heat pump failed during an unusually cold spell. Their prices were very competitive with others we received bids on. We feel confident we have an installation that will provide us reliable service for many years.
