I have picked up many prescriptions at Peterson over the years and have seen several different processes. None actually worked very well, and at times it seemed like the staff was being put out. There is a very large retiree population in El Paso / Teller counties. You would think that a wee bit more effort would be put towards customer service...

It took 4 hours to fill a prescription. Incompetent large woman with brown hair who chats more than she checks in prescriptions at the main pharmacy only knows idiocracy keyboards and can’t figure anything out. The whole team sent me over to the BX because they didn’t have the med (I’d already been waiting 3 hours at this point), then the bx pharmacy told me the med I could only pick up that day (Acutaine has a FEDERAL 7 day window) be ready on Friday. It really shouldn't take numerous visits to refill basic medications. The staff aren't helpful and the entire process is a disaster. The ticket machine doesn't work properly and no one ever knows anything. Worst military pharmacy by a long shot, no where else in the world have I ever experienced a pharmacy this awful.
