Why is each new initiative the government attempts to implement a complete failure? I have clicked on the QR code to activate a new prescription and it comes with zero surprise that it is not working. I can select the refill option because it is a new prescription, and you are no longer accepting activation requests via the drop box. Completely UNSAT!
The girl I just spoke to on the phone was very rude. I tried to explain to her my situation and she cut me off. I proceeded with the phone call and bit my tongue. At the end of the call I was at the point my question wasn’t even expressed to this lady still. She hung up and ended up calling back since I didn’t get to tell her my concerns she ended up calling about the concerns I had originally was calling about.
