Nice The staff is nice and willing to sit and talk with you about your needs. The carpet was a little high for my liking but we werent pressured and thats something that really bothers me about a flooring store!
Above and Beyond Sometimes you just have to tell everyone how good an experience was !!!! I hadn't bought carpet in 20 years. But recently purchase from Petersens. I'd seen the store for years, never been inside. From the time I walked into the store I was impressed. It looks like a little place but it is really big with alot to choose from. Nice company This company is family owned and the salespeople are very friendly. They are extremely helpful and are willing to work with you to get you what you want for the price that you want!
Best installer I ever had I have never actually purchased flooring from this store. I actually bought some vinyl from Home Depot, who contracts with Petersen's for installation. The man who installed my vinyl took such care and concern to pretreat the subfloor properly and do a quality job, I was more than impressed. He spoke to me in the most polite fashion, explaining everythign he was doing, and how long it would take him -- even giving me updates between the several steps.
