We signed a contract in April 2019 for solar and have already paid for half if it. Still have NOTHING. And I'm constantly emailing and/or calling. They say they're working on getting an installation date but still nothing. Terrible customer service.
Please do not waste your time with this company. Our family entered into a contract with Peterson Dean February 2nd 2018 to replace our roof and they finally cancelled our contract a year and 4 months later never completing the roof. They stated they under bid the job and I would have to pay thousands more to have them complete our roof. Please consider using a local roofing company that takes pride in their work and does what they say they are going to do. If this is a company that sells itself on an established history, and banks on experience, then why did Reno office lay off half it's staff? Not the move a company selling itself as an 'industry leader' makes. If you want to wait forever and a day for a Roof or Solar, they are your choice. This company employs whichever subcontractors they can scare up. NOT their own employees. Many of these subs are much newer than Jim Petersen's 'socks in his sock drawer'. Exactly the companies he likes to disparage in his ads.
