Dave was exceptional. Our septic pump failed shortly after moving into our house. I called multiple people and Dave was first to respond. He showed up the same day we called, diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot. He took the time to walk us through our septic system and explain the functions and maintenance required. I would recommend Dave to anyone looking for help with their septic system.
Dave done a excellent job of installing a holding tank , at our property, very good at communicating with us , left the property very tidy when completed ,highly recommend.
I had called Peterson Septic Systems on a Wednesday in having to close on a new property Friday(a two day turnaround) and Dave went above and beyond. He was able to obtain needed documents within hours and had the availability do an inspection with time to spare. My septic tank failed. Dave came out to my house and diagnosed the problem. The tank was replaced promptly. The work was done in a very professional manner and the cost of the work was very fair. I would definitely hire them again if the need ever arises.
Very professional group!!! Dave was very great to work with and is extremely knowledgeable about his service and the industry. I'm pretty sure that they are all part time ninjas since it was so fast and I couldn't tell when they were around. Zero interruption of my septic services during the entire process.
