I have been a tenant for Alan Petersen for accumalitively 6+ years now. We rented from him when I was a child and my father spoke so highly of him I saught him out to rent from him again. He is always willing to work with his tenants, does everything he can for them and helps them when he can! I never known such a caring landlord, business man, and person before in my life! I've rented from a multitude of landlords in my life and Alan is the Best landlord I've ever had. He always goes above and beyond for his tenants, and I've never felt more at home in a rental before. I honestly can't imagine renting from another landlord after having been treated with this amount of respect and care.

Alan Petersen (it's spelled wrong on Google) is the best landlord I've ever had. Period. Very nice and caring man who works with his tenants and does honest fair business. I saved up enough to buy my own house but if I hadn't I would definitely still be renting from him. If you get the chance to rent from him I promise you won't regret it.

My experience with Mr Petersen has been great. He is very respectful and easy to talk with. He is very responsive to issues that pop up. He worked on fixing up my garage electrical wiring.
