Oh this company. I found land on loopnet. $85,000. I contacted Adam he gave me permission to see the property. Spent all day going through it. Wanted to buy it then suddenly the price is $504,000. This is land in Maricopa surrounded by abandoned dilapidated property. I was interested to start a non profit animal rescue. Stay away from this dishonest company. Total waste of time.
