Taylor was thankfully available when our tenant's tankless hot water heater failed a second time less than 7 months after it had been flushed. He analyzed the situation and recommended replacing it with a more reliable brand. What's more, his package included a 20 year maintenance program with annual flushing! That will insure that the warranty is kept intact for its full duration. Taylor came a week later and installed the high efficiency unit in a half day. Pleasure to work with him and he earned our trust.

Used Taylor in Marin, but he also services Sonoma County. No BS showed up on time, fixed it fast, didn’t try to “discover” five more problems, and didn’t destroy my wallet. Everything works, nothing’s leaking, and I’d call him again.
