I had great service by Kyle of Petersen Plumbing to repair a leaking toilet and shower diverter. He was a total professional with great communication and expeditious skill. I appreciate his work ethic and highly recommend him and Petersen Plumbing.

The sink in our RV was leaking and we were having a hard time finding a plumber to make the repairs. We spoke with Kyle at Petersen Plumbing and he readily told us that he could do the job. On the day of the job Kyle kept us informed of his arrival timeline and he actually arrived early. Kyle quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than thirty minutes. Kyle was prompt, courteous, and clean. Well definitely call Petersen for our future plumbing needs!

When a company offers 10% if you review them before the work is done that should be a huge red flag. The owner of the property that I rent hired him to install a Moen automatic water shut off. He told us it normally would be around $900 but that he'd give it to us for less. He also said it should take about 2 hours to do the work. After he left I looked up the cost of the exact Moen water shut off and was 450 to 500 online. I get they need to make a profit but I shouldn't have been lied to.
