Mr. Petersen cleared out our blocked sewer line that has been causing flooding in our bathrooms. Because of what the blockage was causing, he prioritized us in his schedule. Fixing it, he was incredibly friendly, explanatory, communicative, discussed multiple options of how to address other plumbing issues we have (how to approach fixing them ourselves, under what scenarios would it be better to request his service, how to prevent future problems, etc). He is such a wonderful plumber and person!!

I was helped by Kyle one of Petersons techs. He was not only early both days (day one to look day two to work) he got the job done fast and was super helpful with any of my questions. He was knowledgeable friendly and personable. As a new home owner he put my mind at ease on some concerns I had and gave me good solutions. Kyle from Petersen Plumbing has been absolutely amazing. We ran into a sort of Thanksgiving emergency when our dishwasher stopped working a few days before the holiday. Kyle was the only person that we reached out to that realized this was a holiday emergency, and worked to fit us into his schedule the very next morning! Really did save the day, and we will continue supporting local by using them for all of our plumbing needs. Thank you, Kyle!
