Courteous, efficient and professional.
New furnace only 2 weeks old and we had no idea why it stopped working so since it was within 30 days of install we called Petersen to come back out. They charged over $300 to tell us to change the filter. Due to some in home construction it had been clogged. When we called to ask why it was so much for 20 minute service call we were told it was a 1.5 hour minimum charge on weekends and the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. "It is what it is!" Very satisfied in the service they provided. They replied to our call in a very timely manner. Worked diligently to figure out the problem and worked at fixing the problem…I needed a smoke test done. Called around and hard to find a company that does it. One company said they charge $2000 for the smoke test! No need to call around… take it from me and call Dave and Lee!
Mike was on time, quick, and professional.
The burst pipe from a frozen outside spigot was efficiently replaced during very cold weather. The basement was left clean and neat, in spite of needing drywall cut out for the repair. The plumber was respectful and thorough. Thank you for a job well done!
