Called to get help and Mariah was unwilling to answer if they carried the product!! She wanted info that was unnecessary for a simple phone call as if they carried a product or not. Super sad because they are close to home but will never spend another dime here and will drive 30 mins out of my way to go somewhere else.

I've had several occasions to use Petersen's Medical service. Once to purchase a wheelchair, and another time ordering a hi-lo hospital bed. I don't wish to drag out this review so I'll just say I was delivered a broken floor model wheelchair and just recently I purchased a new hospital bed. However, when Petersen's came out to set the bed up they only brought out the head of the bed. I ended up having to re-set up my old bed again to sleep on until the new bed came in.
