Tyler and his staff are some of the most honest, trustworthy, and caring people I've encountered at a shop. They know Saabs inside and out and I've had work done on my VW as well. They're upfront and informative about what needs to be done. No guesswork or leaving the customer in the dark. They are passionate not only about keeping Saabs on the road, but treating their customers well, too.
Petersen has taken care of my car for 75,000 miles. I plan on having them take care of it for 75,000 more-at least! Courteous, fair, friendly.
They have been working on our 911 since 1991. Most amazing place and they know there stuff, plus are so trust worthy. WE paid to ship the car back from Florida just for them to fix it! You can't go wrong!
