There was a list of problems at move in which didn’t get addressed and they don’t enforce the no smoking rule. It’s not easy living all around smokers when you’re a non smoker. Then at move out they try to charge you for things that are still the same as they were when you move in. The mice were a problem and all they did is set traps, never fixed the problem of where the mice are getting in. The Apartments are in a great location, kinda secluded. Smoke free property. Friendly neighbors.
VERY NICE APARTMENTS AND GROUNDS IS KEPT UP. VERY QUITE COUNTRY SETTING IN THE VILLAGE OF PETERSBURG.
