Excellent customer service and communication
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Peter’s Wood Refinishing is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. I hired them back in June to re-stain my front door and replace a broken glass panel. Before the project started, it was clearly discussed and written in the contract that they would complete both parts of the job. They finished the staining (which was sloppy and uneven in areas they said they would fix later), but they never replaced the glass — and they never came back. They did an excellent job refinishing our kitchen cabinets, which had some wear over the past 13 years of use. They brought our cabinets back to life, looking practically new. We decided to keep the same paint color, which they were able to color match exactly. Would definitely recommend them for cabinet restoration.
Pass on this business... Araceli came in for an estimate and we have not heard since. Called once to inquire about the proposal and she said she will text immediately after hanging up for us to resend info. and to double check info. in order to send a proposal. Never did receive that 'text'...a testament to their integrity and giving customers the runaround... Excellent quality for a reasonable price. Peter's was recommended by a friend's carpenter, and I'm so glad I found them. My antique table was cracked, so it had to be repaired and refinished. Araceli and the team were great to work with. Plus, they offer pickup and delivery (for a fee). Other places make you haul in your furniture or charge an exorbitant amount for transporting. I've already Peter's to repair some other antique wood furniture.
