My husband and I wanted an evening out and Peter's sounded good. I was wrong...it was great! We brought wine. I had the baked ravioli and my husband had baked sausage and pepper. Both were bubbling fresh. I can't wait to go back and have pizza!!!
A little slice of home. Never would have thought we would find great pizza in Texas.
Peter's homemade sauce is the best. Our lasagna was great. Plus plenty for leftover for next day's lunch. Certainly worth the drive from Robson Ranch.
Coming from the North Jersey, New York area I heard a lot of recommendations about pizza that was 'just like NY pizza'. I almost gave up until someone sent us to Pete. This is NY pizza... right here in Texas !

Y'all are always so good to us. Food is amazing ...and house dressing is to die for. Thanks for switching gears for us tonight when we realized we needed to get home. #leftovers equal yummy lunch tomorrow!
Had Peter's special tonight for dinner....spectacular!!
Had two slices extra cheese lunch today and it could not have been better! The crust and cheese were full of flavor and just the right amount of sauce. I also got my "NJ fix" by chatting with Pete! Will definitely go back and thinking meatball sub!
My main point of feedback: if someone orders a pizza with green peppers and pepperoni only, let them know onions (long gooey strings) are mixed in. There was also a mushroom and an olive hiding (maybe better separation for topping station?) . Unfortunately the pizza was also not cooked well enough for me (mushy peppers and half cooked pepperonis). We carried out so maybe eating in is better.
