Went there for our sticker they are kind.They have coffee and snacks while you wait .The place is clean and the service is Excellent

I had such an amazing experience here with Gabriela! She was so warm, knowledgeable, and welcoming from the second I walked in until I drove off in my new car. I have been going to Peters Nissan for years for service on a used vehicle I purchased there. In the past, they have been amazing considering the issues I had with my vehicle. However, today, when trying to make an appointment for an issue that is known to them (they have the extension history) I was told that they no longer want to service used vehicles; even the ones that they sold. with rust spots coming through on the truck now 2 times and it being less then 10 months between acid washes. We were told if it comes back would have to pay for it. After being told in Sep of 2018 that if it came back it would be a paint defect (By sales Mgr). Then to having to open a claim for a paint defect with Nissan to have them call the dealership and the Svc Mgr tell Nissan it was an enviromental issue, which is not the case if so then ALL white vehicles in the area would be having the same issue.
