I came down today, I thought you people would have done the right thing by me, but you haven't as usual. Thanks for giving me rubbish as I got home & I chucked out that plastic PVC rubbish. I went somewhere else, they gladly helpedr properly, I'll never came back there again. I feel as tho the staff there are very incompetent & they just give you rubbish. Never again. Always helpful with any questions about paint, plumbing, light globes, etc. Also with hiring of steam cleaner on several occasions - suggesting best, most economical and suitable cleaning agent to use in the steam cleaner. They are total gems. I much prefer to support them over big chains like Bunnings.. hands down! Service with a smile 😀 Thanks guys!
Incredible Customer Service! My partner and I are very amateur when it comes to hardware, and we had absolutely no idea where to start but the team at Mitre 10 were very helpful. Stew in particular is an absolute gem and has been so helpful on our home reno journey.
