CHRISTINA IS THE BEST Been going to Peter's since it opened in 78. Amazing prices and service. I tried the NYC salons and came back to the hood for better color highlights and cut. and for a 1/3 of the price. Christina is my favorite. She gives you her undivided attention and aims to please.
