The Poster child for a class act. From the moment you trigger the high speed entry door and drive into a bay with a floor clean enough to eat dinner off, you are in a professionally run high tech auto facility. No repairs are made without a consult. Free coffee and comfortable lounge chairs. I would have loved it if my frozen brake caliper had been reamed out and a new pin installed. The new caliper cost plenty. That said, I was given the option to pass on the repair. Over all good dealership.
