We purchased our home 2 years ago and we love it. When having our heating and air serviced, we found that it was installed in 1997. I was told that it needed to be replaced before to much longer. I called Peter's heating and air who had serviced it. I spoke to Brian who is the sales/project manager about replacing it. He gave me a variety of choices but told me that since the last unit lasted so long, he recommended upgrading with a new Carrier. Peter's did a great job fixing my A/C and fitting me in for a same-day repair. The two techs who showed were professional, courteous, and efficient. The repair took about 45 minutes and it was a very reasonable bill. Thanks Peter's, you are now a contact in my phone.

I've used Peter's in Quincy for 12 years never a problem. In Hannibal called on Monday was connected to Peter's emergency line. Told them my AC was out and I'm disabled with my wife and kid and 3 indoor cats, and said we need help to get it running. She assured me they would call me back ASAP! Here it is Saturday and still no call back! I'll never even call or use Peter's again. That sucked!
