If I could give zero stars, I would. Peter’s Heating and Air was hired through ServPro to handle our HVAC restoration following sewer damage. What followed was a masterclass in technical incompetence, systemic communication failure, and a complete lack of respect for our home. I had my air conditioner stop working in the middle of the heat wave. I called and asked for a service request. They sent somebody the very next day. He was very knowledgeable, clean, respectful and did a great job!!! Payment was very easy and over the phone. I will definitely call them for all my heating and cooling needs from now on.

We purchased our home 2 years ago and we love it. When having our heating and air serviced, we found that it was installed in 1997. I was told that it needed to be replaced before to much longer. I called Peter's heating and air who had serviced it. I spoke to Brian who is the sales/project manager about replacing it. He gave me a variety of choices but told me that since the last unit lasted so long, he recommended upgrading with a new Carrier.
