Very nice guys but I didn't pay several thousand for niceness. We have had issues with our central air condenser since day one. It needs a new compressor according to the last Technician that was here. Due to the compressor not drawing enough power. In turn it makes some extremely loud humming buzzing grinding noises. Salesman told tech to put in new $40 thermostat and upcharged us $125. Tech has 40 years experience and knows what he's doing. We had a new 13 seer 3.5 ton central a/c unit(recommended) installed with our existing furnace a few months back and it has not been a pleasant experience. It has doubled our electric bill in comparison to running 4 window units. Immediately after install there was a leak and they came back and fixed it and refilled system. Since then the outside unit makes a loud bang and chirp every time it shuts off. This was a major investment for my family of 7. $5,500+. And it's costing us even more in energy consumption.
