Vaso was just amazing, took the time out of his busy day to come check out my issue with my car when I did not take an appointment beforehand. Took the time to explain to me everything when other dealerships will just brush you away. Will definitely come back for his service!
I went there three months ago for a simple oil and filter change. They tightened the oil filter too firmly on my Lexus NX 300. It cracked, and now I have to replace the entire filter housing, which is costing me $175. On top of that, I suspect they used a fake cabin air filter because ever since the service, I can strongly smell whatever’s happening outside, as if there’s no filtration at all.
This is the kind of place car owners dream about finding. Amazing team with great prices. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.
