Not only was the lady being rude and yelling she became aggressive towards us for only asking for a small simple arrangement. The man left us in the shop as he did not speak English and then the lady came out yelling ‘what for’ being so aggressive kicking out of shop.
Yesterday I was refused service and yelled at for asking her for a special arrangement, I can not believe how rude they were to me after I had asked her for something I wanted. I left the store so upset as I can not believe the way the lady yelled at me as I didn’t want to choose anything from the ready made as they were old and dead mixed with 2 fresh flowers. This place should not be open for service with how dodgy is it. I will be taking this further.
