I self toured a home and was very excited to submit an application for it until I was informed I would be denied for having a service animal even though I told the person helping me I can provide all of her paperwork to them. Service animals are not pets and denying someone housing for this reason is illegal under the Fair Housing Act.
Bad company stay away
I recently moved to Ft. Bragg and was looking to purchase a home. I didn’t know anyone in the area and I found Peterman realty online, gave them a call and immediately we were looking at houses. I am extremely picky when I comes to buying and knowing that I’m probably annoying with some of my request Lana didn’t bat an eye, she found me several options all within my price range. I would recommend peterman realty to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Fayetteville area. My family and I absolutely love our new home.
