Supposedly open 24 hours, not when we tried at 3am. Rang the intercom at front door several times as instructed when front door is locked. Not a sign or hint of anybody. Would remove 1 star if possible. Be ironic if I get a parking fine.
Making appointments for me that I have no idea about or even what department its for, recieving some crappy text. If they had bothered to check, i have a back proceedure 2 days before so no chance of me going, even if i knew what it was for!
I can't fault the care, help and attention that I received, Paul the clinician went above and beyond to help me with my issue which I can't thank him enough for. Regards Paula.
Walked in with a head injury and within 5 minutes was attended to. Many many thanks to Julie, Anita and paramedic (sorry forgot your name 🤦) But huge thank you for your speedy and professional support. Humpty Dumpty 🤣
Impossible to contact. No phone number for the hospital. Only goes to a remote operator. Once there, they can't see you as they're only doing "observations". Total farce and typical of the NHS today.
