I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The scheduler is not organized in any manor what so ever. She scheduled an appointment for a cut/color. Got to the appointment, said they could not color and had to come back. Very unhappy. Called to reschedule the appointment. Owner said Tuesday to confirm. I called to confirm. No answer, no appointment. There are many other salons in Simsbury, Granby, and Avon/Canton better established in the industry. (time management, all it takes). Great upscale salon. All of the stylists are so talented and they really spend time listening to what you want. My hair always looks perfect when I leave there! Great products and very comfortable atmosphere.

Ask for Katy, she's new there but has been working in Simsbury for years. She used to work at Roosters and has always done an awesome job on what little hair I have and my beard.
