We had an exceptional first visit at this shop Tues afternoon. Robin and Mackenzie had great communication skills, very welcoming and knowledgeable. They are truly an asset to your organization. We were Hoffman's customers for many years but because of the quality and Robin and Mackenzie we will repeat at this Peterbrooke location.
The customer service was awesome. They went out of their way to help me celebrate my daughter's birthday. 5 stars plus! Will definitely purchase here again.
Best chocolate shop around town. Stopped by for some holiday shopping staff was super helpful. Store is clean and well organized. So many delicious chocolates to choose from at various prices points.
Probably the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in inquiring about a box of chocolate covered cherries and chocolate popcorn, and I’ve never received such attitude in my life. She seemed irritated that I was even in the store and that she had to engage with me. Someone is clearly having a miserable day and is definitely not a happy camper at work.
