They truly care about their customers — instead of rushing to charge for a service call, they offered accurate and thoughtful guidance that helped us get our hot tub back up and running quickly. Save yourself the headache and don’t shop here. The customer service is a joke. They dodge responsibility and ignore valid complaints like it’s company policy. Definitely don’t pay for delivery. They’ll mess it up and then ghost you when you ask them to fix it. It’s clear this business is in decline, and frankly, it’s no surprise. Three strikes and you’re out, Peterborough Landscape and Supply. We’re done here.
