I went to Peterborough Landscape Supply to get hot tub chemicals for my Marquis hot tub. Chantelle was very helpful with me to understand what chemicals I needed and gave written instructions to help me get a chance to enjoy my hot tub. I won’t go anywhere else as the service was nothing short of amazing (and that comes from someone who works in the retail atmosphere). The store has a great selection on patio furniture and fire tables! We visited a few times before deciding which one was best for us, then they delivered the set right to our backyard. Their service has continued to be great even after our purchase and the staff is very knowledgable. Would highly recommend!

Save yourself the headache and don’t shop here. The customer service is a joke. They dodge responsibility and ignore valid complaints like it’s company policy. Definitely don’t pay for delivery. They’ll mess it up and then ghost you when you ask them to fix it. It’s clear this business is in decline, and frankly, it’s no surprise. Three strikes and you’re out, Peterborough Landscape and Supply. We’re done here.
