Moe is an excellent hygienist. He spent enough time with me to explain what I needed and how we were going to get it done. He worked with my insurance company and with me to feel comfortable financially. Thank you
Dr. Rahim is the worst dentist that I've ever been to in my 67 years. I had to endure 2 molar extractions, sinus surgery, two bone marrow transplants, and an implant all as a result of a routine crown that Dr. Rahim said I needed in a molar (for which I had had no pain or discomfort). During my appointment to get the temporary crown, my mouth was propped open for 1 hour and 45 minutes while Dr. Rahim jockeyed between patients in other treatment rooms. The staff? Excellent. Hygienists? Friendly, great at their jobs. Dr? Answered all my questions, presently factually and realistically all of my options going forward, I look forward to working with them in the future as a new patient now.
I have been seeing Dr Rahim since we moved to Peterborough 5 years ago and am so impressed with him and his team. On a Saturday afternoon recently I had a crown break. I called the emergency number and Dr Rahim called back within 15 minutes. Amazingly he was in the office for an emergency and told me to come right in. Due to the state-of-the-art equipment they have in the office, he was able to replicate the tooth and within an hour I had a new crown - permanent (not temporary) at no charge.
