I was promised as a new patient that they absolutely would not cancel my appointments because that's why I stopped going to my last Dentist. Well I got a phone call this morning asking me to cancel today's appointment. I've only had two appointments so far. Your track record isn't looking to good so far.
I entered treatment with Dr. Rahim with existing dental implants already in place. The scope of work was strictly limited to redoing the prosthetic teeth, a procedure that standardly takes less than one year. Instead, the treatment spanned approximately three years. Because Dr. Rahim lacks the clinical capability to execute the original permanent implant plan for which I paid him $24,000, he unilaterally altered the treatment plan. Dr. Rahim did a brand new set of permanently installed upper teeth and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product!
I've been a patient of Dr. Rahim for ten years. The fact that I live two hours away is some measure of my esteem for his work. I have found him to be courteous, patient and thorough and I've been very pleased with the results. My dental hygienist, Wendy, has been great. I highly recommend this group.
