Parts guy was in a hurry to go home,didnt really give a shit about customers!
They need to send all those people to a customer service training we come there to spend a lot $ not to beg $$ buddy Brunk í decide to edit again review because still those people are not good I spend $1,000 water pump I threat me really bad never go there again
It's not a bad place, but the parts department is definitely not in a huge hurry to wait on someone standing there for parts. I walked in and everybody just looked at me as I stood there until finally some lady said can I help you. Same thing happened to another gentleman that walked in behind me.
