Look organized Clean well kept.only there for about 45 minutes picking a loaded trailer up from another driver.pretty easy go in 1 side come out on the other.a big horseshoe so follow the same flow

They'll waste your time and money on incompetence and red tape. Weeks and thousands of dollars. Not including the actual repairs and repair time. My full review won't fit. If you break down in Cincinnati, pay the tow truck driver whatever he wants to take you somewhere else. Absolutely whatever ridiculous amount he asks. He can't screw you harder than these guys even if he tries. Their default recommendation is an engine overhaul, and if it turns out that's not what it needs, they'll find a way to bleed that out of you.
Steve and Ray were very helpful and professional. My truck repaired quickly. I was very impressed with the facility, drivers lounge. Thank you for the accommodations for both me and my little dog while we waited for my truck to be finished.
