Bought a 2020 rig from them and less than 2 months later needed 10k in work. None of which the warrenty they sell covered. Truck is great now. Went to them again for another and made a deal where they replace the clutch and ill pay for some of the parts. Was told ok, deal. 2 weeks later they tell me the sales guy had a death in the family but the manager says the truck got sold. I dont ever recommend this dealership, I wont use them again and ill be passing on my experience and opinions to all my other friends who might buy ... read more
Doesn’t stand behind their work! Truck hasn’t been correct since leaving their shop but after going to a real repair shop and almost completely redoing the work performed by Peterbilt of Cincinnati it’s finally working as it should. When I called about the Jake falling off they made up some excuse and said it was on me. Terrible shop experience. Highly recommend looking elsewhere for your cat motor repairs!
