Peterbilt dealership in Cheyenne is very conveniently located right off I-80. They have almost all the parts you might need, and there’s a service department on site as well. The people here are very friendly and helpful. Definitely a good dealership to keep in mind when you’re running through this area.

Place is a complete joke. Called a day prior to get a diagnosis. Showed up the following morning to get a quick scan and the lady told me about an hour, that’s fine. Gave my truck info and waited. 6 hours later I walked in and asked for another status. Wasted 6 HOURS! I’d understand if they were completely slammed but they didn’t even have my truck scheduled. was my 3rd time coming in here the others were different issues. Definitely avoiding this place here on out can’t even get mad it’s just laughable at this point.
